Breakfast Ashburton with Luke Howden

Hi, I'm Luke. Proud to be a Mid Canterbury local. Brought up on a sheep farm near Mayfield. You'd think I'd be handy enough in the yards, but no... I made the move South in 2012, and was the Southland Breakfast Host for Hokonui for just over a decade. Love being back home in Ashburton closer to family (yay for free babysitting). I'm lucky enough to have a beautiful wife Amber, and together our wee daughter Alice who is 2, but with an attitude coming on 12. I like ruining a good walk with a round of golf, scratching my head at quiz nights, and sharing in a cold brew. I also like getting out to local events, and would love for you to join me weekday mornings. Hope you enjoy the show.
